CLARK RENAISSANCE HOTEL is a company organized in 2012, and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The company and its subsidiaries are presently based in a four (4) storey Clark Renaissance Hotel building, constructed in a 4,118 square meters land strategically located at Amazon St., Santol, Angeles City, Pampanga.
The Company’s vision is to become one of the biggest Korean Business conglomerates in the country as it is being managed and lead by its Chairman & CEO SHIN YOUNG GIL, a Korean National.
The general corporate philosophy, and that of the people behind the company in particular, is set in line with the same vision that brought success to these businessmen in their native land. That is, to serve well by the intermediacy of facing each and every project and customer’s need as challenge, with the end view of providing a better and brighter future to its employees, the people it serves, and to the community where it belongs.
The main activity of the Company, as its name connotes, is the construction of mass, housing, warehouse and buildings. It also utilizes advance technology and technical expertise particularly in managing a hotel and restaurant.
